The aim of this project is to get young people more actively involved in sports, and with their creative ideas to contribute to the Olympic Games that will be held in London in 2012, so that they would be the best organized Olympic Games ever.

In addition to representatives from our country, this seminar was also attended by representatives of youth organizations from Albania, Israel, Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania. Each of these organizations has a partner youth organization in Great Britain with which it is working on some joint project. B&H Youth Information Agency with UK Sefton Youth Service is working on a joint project “Lobbying for Better Sports Facilities - Youth Participation”. The main objective of this project is to encourage young people to lobby the local authorities, so that they could together renovate old and build new sports facilities.

Activities on this project are under way, and different types of manifestations may be expected during the month of July. All projects will be presented in on the city stadiums in Manchester, on 30 August 2007, before eminent guests, ambassadors of participating countries, organizers of 2012 Olympic Games in London and numerous other guests.  Media coverage will be provided during entire event.
